Deposit & payments
At confirmation you pay a $100 deposit through a secure payment link from our processor (we never take card numbers on this website).
After the job, you pay the remaining package balance plus applicable sales tax.
Book via the booking request form or by phone / text (775) 453-6211. Card numbers are never collected on this website — you pay through a secure payment link from our processor.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, the $100 deposit is retained as the cancellation fee.
Water & power on site
This is a mobile service. You provide water and power hookups at the service location.
Mobile service only
We come to you. We do not offer shop-drop or in-shop service on this site.
Weather holds
Outdoor detailing may be rescheduled for unsafe weather (heavy rain, high wind, freezing temps). We will contact you to rebook.
Arrival window
Please allow a reasonable arrival window on your appointment day. We will confirm timing when you book.
